Character Info:
Character Name:
Canon: (the show, book, film, or game your character is from, if applicable)
Character Age: (Approximate is fine! Rangers should be at least the equivalent of 10 human years old, though the Hexagon prefers teenagers and above. And this isn't a hard and fast rule, just justify why your character can be a Ranger if they're younger than 10.)
History: This can be a wiki link, a summary of about 300 words...just tell us what your character's been through. If you'd prefer to fuse this section with personality to give the background and state of your character, that's acceptable as well. Be sure to mark the point where they enter Morphosis (canon point) at the end.
Personality: Tell us who your character is and what their role might be. Two or three brief paragraphs summing up all the major points will do, but more is fine.
Chosen Position: Ranger, civilian, villain, rogue Ranger villain? If a civilian or villain, briefly describe how they'll contribute to the game---as a teacher? Minor antagonist living outside Angel Grove? Camping out at the villains' palace on the moon?
Powers: Ranger powers are assumed if you mark your character as a Ranger. Any powers your character is carrying over from canon/their home go here. Your character might also gain a power as a Ranger or a villain---feel free to add a power such shooting water or fire from hands, growing protective scaly skin, or the ability to shoot sonic sound waves to your character. These small abilities will be accessible whether your character is morphed or not. The Power does mysterious things sometimes!
Abilities: Any non-supernatural special skills your character has that you'd like to note.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: What form does it take? Does it double as a communicator? If not, a wrist communicator will be issued.
Ranger Uniform: Briefly describe your Ranger's uniform---primary color, trim, helmet design (should match the Zord). If you're apping a canon Ranger or Sentai character, just linking a picture is fine. If you want to draw or shoop a picture, that's fine too.
Ranger Personal Weapon: Your character's small handheld weapon.
Ranger Zord: Your character's Zord. Just describe its basic shape (the animal/vehicle/whatever it's based on and how square it looks, it doesn't need to be a perfect description).
Sample:
Show us a sample of your writing! Keep in mind that the format here is prose. If you have a past prose thread with your character, feel free to link to it. Even bracket threads will do if your past thread has enough description that it would be a decent prose tag if you removed the brackets. As long as it's readable with functional descriptions (we're not looking for multiple paragraphs every tag, and a whole prose tag can be two or three sentences), you're fine.
If you need or want to write a fresh prose sample, here are some suggested prompts to get you started, but anything's fair game and it doesn't have to be based in the game world. About 200 words should do if you're just writing a single post:
-Your character's reaction when the smoothie machine at the juice bar explodes
-Your character's reaction to their first morph
-Your character's favorite or least favorite memory.
-The first thing your character will do when they get home
When you're ready, copy this form and paste it into your comment:
Instructions:
- Check the reservations page and taken characters page to be sure your character isn't already reserved or taken. Also check the comments here---if there is already an application for your character posted, that application will be evaluated first. We do not accept app challenges.
- In the subject line of your application post, please include your character's name, their canon (if applicable), and whether you're applying for a Ranger, civilian, or villain (you can change this role later on! Redemption, dark side, and Ranger quest plots are welcome here. This is just to start.)
- Please post your application in the body of your comment, though you may duplicate it in your character's journal.
- Applications should receive a verdict within three days. If revisions are needed, you'll have three days, and the response should happen within one day.
- If your application for the same character is rejected three times, you'll be barred from applying for that character again.
- When you're accepted, request to join

Billy Cranston | Mighty Morphin Power Rangers | Ranger
Username/Handle: Zoki
Preferred Contact: Journal PM
Character Info
Character Name: Billy Cranston
Canon: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
Character Age: 16
History: Here. Canon point is in the middle of 'New Friends and Teammates', several weeks after Rocky, Aisha, and Adam join the Ranger team.
Personality:
Some geniuses perpetuate their loneliness through arrogance, so convinced of their utter superiority to others that they consider it beneath them to mingle with the common people. Billy Cranston is not one of those geniuses. He spent most of his life in Angel Grove being bullied (largely due to his hard-to-break habit of being unnecessarily verbose), and he considers it a miraculous accident that he stumbled across his little group of friends and future Ranger teammates. The experience of being isolated for his intelligence has left him as a fairly reserved person. It takes some encouraging from the group before he'll join them for a picnic, for example.
His past hasn't stripped all the optimism from him, though. Billy still shows a childlike awe for the natural beauty of the world, and nothing excites him more than an invention finally completed or a brand new discovery. He wants to share that happiness with everyone else, and his geeky enthusiasm has a tendency to slip into his interactions with other people, especially if they seem to have similar interests.
Billy takes pride in having the chance to help others. Helping and protecting give him a purpose, and being a helping hand is main motivation as a Power Ranger. His lesser motivation is to work with his best friends, the people who'd helped him start along the path to self confidence. He misses them dearly, and he'll make it his sole duty to stop the future's tragedy from happening. His friends' death (and his own) in the future will remind him just how serious the mission is.
Though he'll be a capable helping hand around the Hexagon, Billy is hindered by his lack of confidence in social situations outside the relatively firm structure of the battlefield. He's handled enough bullies and tutored enough fellow students that helping newer Rangers isn't a problem. It's a clearly defined role and he knows he can handle any trouble on the field, but being social is quite the challenge. What do people talk about when there's no mission? He has a tendency to look away, fiddle with his fingers, and look embarrassed---embarrassment is fairly easy to elicit from him.
Stubbornness can be an issue as well. He'll come around if someone presents a clear and logical argument for a different position, but he can be over-confident in his mechanical ability to the point of ignoring alternative solutions. When none are forthcoming, he gets frustrated, and he will refuse to leave his post until a solution is found. He dedicates himself to duties because they are clearly defined and important, but he lacks the foresight to take care of his own needs as well. In other words, he's an orderly person who likes boundaries and rules to follow. Human interaction is unfortunately messy.
Chosen Position: Ranger
Powers: Base Power Ranger abilities only.
Abilities: Billy is a skilled inventor and mechanic. He's repaired weapons, vehicles (including Zords) communications systems, computers, and more. He'll need an adjustment period to update his skills to 2029 levels, but he'll soon be building whatever the Rangers need.
Ranger Form (if applicable)
Power Morpher: Power Morpher (belt buckle)
Ranger Uniform: Blue, white accents, diamond motif, triceratops-based helmet design. Seen here.
Ranger Personal Weapon: Power Lance. Double-bladed trident, can be wielded as one long weapon or split into two halves.
Ranger Zord: Triceratops Unicorn Thunderzord. Rolling land Zord with equine-like head and wing markings on the side, has the ability to lift boulders and attack with them.
Sample:
Billy in inventor mode.

Applejack | My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic | Ranger
Username/Handle: Zoki
Preferred Contact: Journal PM
Character Info
Character Name: Applejack
Canon: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
Character Age: Unknown, assumed to be a young adult.
History:
Applejack has spent most of her life on Sweet Apple Acres, the family-owned farm that has served Ponyville with its apple-related goods for many years. Her grandmother watches over young Applejack and her siblings Big Macintosh and Apple Bloom, though Big Macintosh and Applejack have taken over more and more of the farming responsibilities as the years have worn on. The ponies' parents are absent, implied to have died some time after baby Apple Bloom was born.
Applejack's commitment to her family was clear early on. As a young filly, her rebellious streak led her to leave the family home and live the 'sophisticated life' in Manehattan. She tried formal speech and fancy dinners, and though her aunt and uncle cared about her and tried to teach her their ways, her heart always belonged on the farm. When she realized that she belonged back on the farm and galloped home, she earned her cutie mark---the mark of a pony's destiny that they bear on their flank for their whole lives. Applejack's cutie mark is a trio of apples, symbolizing her apple-tending duty and perhaps the other 'apples' in her family.
Over the years she gained a keen eye for business, becoming an expert at selling apples to the ponyfolk in town. It was a nice life, and she wouldn't trade it for anything, but she still longed for something more. By chance or by fate, the magic of friendship finally arrived in Applejack's life when she was a young mare.
On the eve of the Summer Sun Celebration, Applejack encountered a young studious mare from the sophisticated city of Canterlot. Twilight Sparkle came to the farm to supervise Sweet Apple Acres' preparations for the festivities, and Applejack led her family into giving Twilight a warm and filling welcome (much to Twilight's displeasure).
Circumstances rolled into each other and Applejack found herself accompanying Twilight Sparkle and four other mares on a dangerous journey through the forest. They bonded over their adventure, and when all hope seemed lost the six friends discovered that they carried the magic needed to end the eternal night within them. From that moment on, Applejack and her new companions were heroes to Ponyville and inseparable friends.
Applejack's life was certainly much busier after that. She still gave her all to help and support her family, but she now spent time connecting with her new friends and working through issues with them. Applejack still needed to buck Ponyville's greatest enemies every now and then, but life settled into a mostly peaceful routine of butting heads with her best friends.
With her friends' help, she learned a few valuable lessons in her trials. She gradually learned that she didn't need to take on all the burdens and responsibilities on her own, she learned to accept her friends' help when she was overwhelmed, and she learned to stop pushing herself so hard---in short, when her friends stepped in during a crisis, she realized that it was all right to let her mane down and relax.
Personality:
Stubborn as a mule, honest as the sky is blue, and family-oriented, Applejack is perfectly content to live her life as a simple farm pony. But that doesn't mean she won't step up her game to save the world---she'll just do it with a little homesickness on the side.
Applejack busies herself with running Sweet Apple Acres, the local apple farm, and that job means everything to her. She'd do anything to help her family run the farm, no matter the cost She insists on getting work done herself and doing it the honest and traditional way. No cheating, no shortcuts, even if she exhausts herself trying. With the help of her friends she's mellowed enough to accept help when she knows she needs it, but old habits die hard.
That means she can also be stuck in her ways sometimes. It's difficult to teach this gal new tricks. She'll be reasonable about listening, but the old ways work fine. Why change them? All this 21st century human technology is going to be distressingly confusing for her at first. But she'll be all right with it as long as it's not too fancy---she is not a sophisticated pony, thank you very much. No dresses or she'll revolt.
Applejack is one of the most honest mares around. She knows better than to endanger a relationship by telling a lie, for the most part. Trust is so important to her that she's highly uncomfortable with lying, to the point that it's very easy to read her when she's hiding the truth. Applejack knows it's important to keep her word golden, so she'll never break a promise---even if it breaks her to keep it.
To Applejack, family is everything. She's well versed in the art of hospitality, always welcoming to visitors and friends. She's excessively patient with friends who need encouragement. And she's always there to lend a supporting hoof, whether for the family she loves, the friends she dotes on, or the new folk she meets. When a mothering presence is needed, she'll be there. Hey, she's a herder for a reason.
Though she has a kind heart, that doesn't mean she'll go easy on competition. As a farmer who takes care of herself to get the job done, Applejack is very proud of her athletic abilities. She'll use her powerful legs and lassoing skill to jump into the fray to rescue friends from danger, but she'll just as readily give a sports competition her all. When she's up against somepony who's equally talented, it can get very heated very quickly. But as long as there's no cheating and it's an honest, clean fight, it'll stay on the friendly side in the end.
Chosen Position: Ranger
Powers: Her superior base strength (her hind legs are strong enough to kick all the apples from a tree or stop a runaway trailer), her base Ranger powers plus a special power:
In her world, Applejack is the bearer of the Element of Honesty, one of the six Elements of Harmony---the concepts that encompass friendship. Put together, the six have great power. If she ever reunites with her five friends (Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy), the six bearers of the Elements of Harmony can produce a shining rainbow energy attack strong enough to defeat a major villain. In the unlikely event that all six are reunited in-game, precautions will be taken to make sure they can't just blast everything. Use of the Elements requires united hearts, a common goal, and an emotional connection to the proceedings.
Ranger Form (if applicable)
Power Morpher: Her Element of Honesty necklace, a simple gold collar with an orange apple-shaped gem set in the center. Her natural power connected to the Grid to fuse her abilities.
Ranger Uniform: A dark burnt orange with gold accents---her tail sticks out of a hole to be used as an extra appendage. Her helmet's visor is apple-shaped, and her boots are white cowgirl boots.
Ranger Personal Weapon: A golden lasso she wields with her tail, capable of shocking the enemies it connects with.
Ranger Zord: A bright orange dog zord, design reminiscent of a small border collie. It bounds quickly across the ground and can cause minor earthquakes with its bark.
Sample:
This-away.

Son Goku | Dragonball | Ranger
Player Info:
Username/Handle: Tetra
Preferred Contact:
Character Info:
Character Name: Son Goku
Canon: Dragonball
Character Age: 14
History: link (timeline is after the defeat of Emperor Pilaf)
Personality: As a baby, Goku had the luck to be adopted as the grandson of Son Gohan, an old martial arts master that found Goku abandoned high up in the mountains. While Goku was initially as vicious and uncontrollable in temperament as any young Saiyan, Goku's misbehavior eventually got him into a serious accident, during which time he sustained a head injury so severe it wiped his memories clean. After Gohan nursed him back to health, Goku's personality changed completely, and he began a new life as a sweet-tempered, kind, and dutiful child who greatly respected his grandfather and loved nature and training in the martial arts.
After Gohan died, Goku provided a simple existence for himself in the home they had once shared, chopping firewood, gathering food, and conversing with an old trinket that he took to speaking to as if it were Gohan himself. It was only when a teenaged girl named Bulma showed up to retrieve the trinket (which turned out to be an extremely powerful magical artifact) that Goku was finally introduced to the outside world and all the new experiences and dangers in it. Lured by tales of adventure and strong opponents, Goku eagerly agreed to accompany Bulma on her quest to summon the ancient dragon Shenlong, who legend held would grant his summoner any one wish they desired. Goku's adventures during Dragonball subsequently introduced him to many new concepts, cars and television (which he originally believed were a form of witchcraft) and girls (whom he had trouble distinguishing from male characters).
Due to his isolated upbringing, Goku tends to be somewhat naive and trusting, often unable to see through fairly blatant lies. This affords him the ability to make many friends, as Goku's sunny, optimistic nature and general inability to hold a grudge eventually wins over many initially antagonistic characters, including Bulma (who is originally just using Goku as an unwitting, unpaid bodyguard) and the violent Ox-King (who it turns out was a pal of his grandfather's). On the other hand, it also tends to leave him open to being taken advantage of, as he tends to assume that everyone who talks to him is telling the truth -- even obviously lying, man-eating pterodactyls who want to carry off his friend. While Goku becomes slightly cannier as the series goes on, he remains an overall trusting individual, believing in redemption even for villains who seem irredeemable. Often, Goku is right: Oolong and Yamcha, characters he meets early in the series, become staunch friends. On the other hand, Goku can also be very, very wrong, as his willingness to believe his older brother Raditz's promises to reform lead directly to Goku's death in Dragonball Z.
Disciplined and strong-willed, Goku loves nothing more than a good fight and training to become a stronger martial artist. And though one might not expect it from his usual good-natured demeanor, Goku is a pragmatic, swift opponent who has no qualms about giving someone a good poke in the eye if it means an opening for a solid punch. He does not, however, seem particularly interested in engaging those significantly weaker than himself -- partially because he believes it's wrong to pick on weaklings, and probably also because they wouldn't offer much of a challenge anyway. Give him a hulking behemoth to cut down to size, on the other hand, and Goku delights in leaping about as if at play before bringing the battle to a decisive end.
Chosen Position: Ranger
Powers: Goku is one of the last surviving members of the Saiyans, an aggressive, warlike alien race similar in appearance to human beings. As a result, he has an immense amount of martial arts potential, as well as a superhuman constitution. Being shot with a gun at close range, for example, does little except make him fighting mad, and attempting to split his head open with an axe results in a shattered axe. In fact, Goku's strength, stamina, speed, and other physical attributes are all well above ordinary human limits: he can take down opponents ten times his size, destroy a car with a single blow, and even land on the flat of a sword after dodging its owner's swordstroke.
Goku's training with his adopted grandfather, Son Gohan, helped him hone his skills to the point where he became capable of defeating countless older and more experienced martial artists, and Goku is even able to mimic a powerful life-energy emission technique called the Kamehameha after seeing it performed a single time (in contrast, it took the technique's creator, Master Roshi, a good fifty years of practice to pull off properly).
When in need of a quick mode of transportation, Goku can call upon the Kinto'un, a magical flying cloud that will ferry its owner to wherever they want to go (but will only allow the pure-hearted to ride it). His Nyoi-bo, a gift from his grandfather, is a rod of immense strength, which he can extend at will. While the extent to which the Nyoi-bo can stretch is unknown, Goku uses it at one point to reach the Earth's moon.
Goku's signature technique is the Kamehameha, a move that relies on concentrating the user's life energy in their hands and releasing it all at once in a destructive energy beam. In Dragonball, Master Roshi uses the Kamehameha to destroy an entire mountain, although Goku's version is performed on a smaller scale.
Like any Saiyan, Goku possesses a prehensile tail, which can be used to grasp objects freely. Interestingly, it is apparently extremely sensitive, and pulling or squeezing it with force will cause Goku to temporarily lose his strength and even collapse. His tail is prone to growing back, even when cut off -- a slight problem, considering that it also causes him to change forms whenever he looks at a full moon. At such times, Goku transforms into an immense, powerful, uncontrollably violent ape-like beast capable of crushing castles with ease. His transformation can be reversed by waiting until the moon disappears or by cutting off his tail.
Abilities: Goku is a skilled martial artist, quick to learn new techniques. He is also one of the few individuals pure-hearted enough to ride the Kinto'un.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: A belt buckle.
Ranger Uniform: An orange uniform with black/white accents, and an ape-themed helmet.
Ranger Personal Weapon: If he could use the Nyoi-bo as his weapon, that'd be great.
Ranger Zord: A giant robotic ape; basically a robot version of Goku's Great Ape form. It can fire energy blasts out of its mouth.

Third person: link, 2

Nightgale the Zoroark | Pokemon Black | Ranger...ish?
Username/Handle: Kitsu
Preferred Contact: PM through journal or aim@: ronnaeryllos17
Character Info:
Character Name: Nightgale, goes by G in male form, or Gale in female. Nightgale as a Zoroark or anthro form.
Canon: Pokemon Black
Character Age: 20's looking in all forms.
History:
Gale was your typical Zoroark in the wilds in a way. She had a tight knit group who she looked after, being the strongest in the group. She was nurturing, caring, affectionate and sometimes overprotective. Being a stern leader was no easy feat but most of the time she just got upset remarks from some of the males in the group who believed they should be in charge.
Nonetheless, it was always Gale who brought back the necessary needs, and surprise pleasantries that the group enjoyed. Gale was happily living with her two Zorua, her young from a mating with a wild Zorua she had met a while back during a resource run. It was more of a fling but her love of her life were those two under her care.
One day however, a group of trainers came up close to the group. Having heard that there was a group of the rare Zoruas in the area was an enticing prospect for those looking to increase their potential and as such they were making their way to them.
Gale had no worries in the beginning as her defenses had always kept the group safe. The illusions around the area were more than enough to deter the trainers from getting anywhere near their spot... that was, it as supposed to. Gale noticed that they kept getting closer, which usually was impossible since she made it hard to see where they were located. That was when she noticed it, the shimmer of another illusion! She was being betrayed by another illusion user?
The Zoroark males who had been vying for control of the group were openly disturbing her illusions and making it so the trainers were led directly to the group. In a fit of rage Gale attacked the other Zoroark only to become overwhelmed. The trainers noticed the commotion and hurried over to find the jackpot! An entire group of them! They quickly brought out their own Pokemon and began weakening the Zorua's and Zoroarks in order to catch them.
Gale would have to put the fight on hold and tried to get away from the males in order to get her young to safety. She grabbed them, placing them in her mane for safety as she dashed away from the chaotic moment. A trainer noticed this and gave chase, along with the male Zoroark who refused to let the object of their discord get away.
It all happened too fast, she was too busy running to remember where she was, where the boundaries of her forest where and where the Razz bushes hid the overlooking cliff that denoted the fall. As she burst through the bushes she tried to stop her dash but it was too late. Her and her young plummeted into the large canyon, disappearing from sight as they hit the river below.
Needless to say, the only survivor was her. Washing up on a bank and blacking out to the sounds of her young struggling. Was it all just a horrible nightmare?
Afterwards Gale woke up in a treatment center, she was weak, but she wasn't dead and it seemed she was being taken care of. Men and women in black and white outfits were working around her on other pokemon, taking care of them. One noticed her waking up and approached her and she immediately went on the offensive, pouncing them.
They were on her in a matter of seconds, holding her back and setting her still as the person she jumped was brought back to his feet. She expected for something bad to happen then, she had just attacked them, maybe now she could be with her young.
However, what happened next surprised her. The person she had just mauled simply patted her head and checked to see if she had gotten injured! She was confused and didn't know how to react but he went on to say that he understood she must have had a horrible experience with humans and that he and his group were here to help Pokemon like her, mistreated and abused by humans.
Somehow this all seemed too good to be true. She hadn't had much problems with humans prior to her incident, to her they were just distant nuisances who she didn't want anything to do with. Beings that she could easily get things from who fell for her tricks and in turn she raided them for anything her group might need. But that group had cost her the most important thing in her life and she hated everything about them now... But why the mixed feelings with this confusing act? Maybe it was just that, an act.
However, throughout her stay, this Team Plasma kept explaining their cause and they treated her like an equal. Not some tool or some object to further a humans needs. No, she was an individual and she became more and more attached to those who had saved her. Once again she felt as if she belonged somewhere and once again, Gale, would do anything in her power to help further their cause.
Of course, her being who she is wasn't above doing absolutely everything she was asked of for the sake of their mission. This wasn't above stealing, manipulating, hurting and worse and frankly, she couldn't care less. She was doing this for her new group and if it was to separate humans from pokemon making it so they didn't have to go through what she did and what the other pokemon in the institute did? Then she wouldn't care what she had to stoop down to in order to accomplish this.
In time, she came to know of all the important aspects of the group, down to the King himself who honestly, she was quite fond of. For a human he showed so much care and love for Pokemon and their rights that it was hard for her to find any bad qualities to peg on him just because he was human. Being the wary girl she was however, she tried to keep to herself as they were a very important person. She was happy with the simple exchanges here and there as they always made her feel great, and loved.
Gale however did not come from the previous incident unscathed. She felt that her previous group's downfall, and in that same regards, her kits deaths were due to her lack of strength. That maybe, if she had been male, like the ones who betrayed her, that she could have saved them all... Due to this, she usually manifests herself as a male human whenever she's posing as one to trick others. She also tend to distrust males to an extensive degree, now being more attracted to females since she believes they are more trustworthy. It's not rare to see Gale sporting a male look on most occasions and most people don't bother questioning her. After all, she keeps doing her job.
The revelation of Team Plasma's true plans later on however was a devastating hit for Gale and the end of her connection to the group. It had been the second time in her life where she had been completely betrayed in a way that broke her heart and made her furious. She tried her best to get some sort of revenge but she knew she had to escape, she knew what they were capable of and she wouldn't be their tool any longer.
She felt horrible however... there were some reddemable people in there still, people who she had learned from, who had loved her and she wouldn't think would have betrayed her or had been part of the scheme. Many of them she wished she could go back for and help out but her survival instincts kicked in and she promised to go back for them when she was ready and safe.
Personality:
Nightgale is true to her trickster heart, having a Naughty nature also enhanced her desire to be mischievous, cunning and somewhat mean spirited to those not of her group. Her trickery has no real limits and it all depends on her mood. It can be as simple as making your think that you lost something, to anything as serious as to cause harm or death. This is particularly more true after the loss of her Zorua.
Before the incident, Gale was steadfast in her protection of her group. Always a caring female, she went to great lengths to make sure her loves ones were taken care of in every way, shape or form. She was nurturing to a fault and if you were important to her chances were that she'd give her life for you. She wasn't above doing anything necessary in order to keep her group safe and happy and this caused her to gain enemies around the forest.
After the incident (Which is spoken of in more detail in the Backstory section) Gale became much more bitter, spiteful and cold. She came to hate humans who had cost her her young and even more the males who had joined them against her and her Zorua in order to gain more strength and take over the group.
Gale can be very hard to get along with at first, but that's not to say it's impossible to get close to her. It just takes some time for her to build trust and it's much easier for a female to gain her trust than it would be for a male.
If within the trust circle however, she's very protective, caring and affectionate of the person. A huge 180 on her usual flair but not unexpected. It's hard enough to get her to care, so she holds onto to that small spec of happiness in her life as if it's the last thing she might have.
Gale's inability to protect and defend her group when they needed it most made her dislike the fact that she was female. She believed that if she had been male, like the ones who betrayed her, that maybe she could have been strong enough to avoid the tragedy happening. This led her to act, and disguise herself as male in most interactions outside of those she trusted. Her demeanor doesn't change much when she poses as 'G', if anything, she has much less inhibitions and barriers than usual and can tend to be a tad cruel and uncaring.
The second incident that changed Gale's life was the discovery of Team Plasma's real plan. The betrayal was almost too much for Gale to bear. These where the people she had put her hopes on, her trust, her entire life to. She was completely devastated but out of rage joined in the elimination of some members as she tried to escape. There were some redeemable members who she felt horrible for leaving behind, a few that had treated her like someone that mattered. She figured she could come back for them later but for the time being she needed to get away as far as she could.
This made Gale's heart icier and harder to get through but in a way, it also softened her demeanor. She didn't need to be a vicious assassin type now that she wasn't in the group so she became more of a jokester, a thug, a miscreant. Wandering the forests, cities and anywhere her paws would take her and causing whatever trouble she could think of along the way while trying to survive.
Unconsciously, she was searching for a new place to belong. Bad habits die hard however, will she be able to curve the time spent doing misdeeds for her previous team?
Chosen Position: Ranger at first... might go rogue if she doesn't like it there. (If that option is available.)
Powers:
Zoroark's are natural illusionists and Gale is extremely good at it. She usually is always disguised in one of her different personas and will use illusions at any point to her advatange. Zoroark's illusions are almost always indistinguishable from reality and it can be hard to tell the difference even when you know they are illusions.
In addition to her illusionary powers, Nightgale is an end level Zoroark with access to the abilities she learned as she grew up. (As a note, I can limit it to the standard battle four abilities if the abilities she learned are too much. The list can be found here. She also learned a few more sinister moves while under Team Plasma like Thief, Torment, Shadow Claw, Toxic etc. ie: stuff to really hurt others in the name of Team Plasma.)
Abilities:
While under Team Plasma, Nightgale learned a lot of not so pleasant abilities. She's an extremely skilled thief and has a tendency to take things that aren't hers. In addition, she learned a lot of fighting skills in the form of martial arts, or street brawling.
She also did some harrassment, and torturing during her stay with the Team.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: A necklace if possible.
Ranger Uniform: Black with red trim and fox-like helmet.
Ranger Personal Weapon: Dual Khatars or Scimitars if possible.
Ranger Zord: A
surprise?fox zord. It's not a frontal attack kind of zord and it uses stealth and invisibility to open up sneak attacks. Can have plasma canons?Sample:

Overlord Zetta | Makai Kingdom | Villain
Username/Handle: Dragon
Preferred Contact:
Character Info:
Character Name: Overlord Zetta
Canon: Makai Kingdom (Disgaea)
Character Age: 35,000
History: Zetta at the wiki. Zetta will be coming entirely pregame, prior to the prophecy of the Sacred Tome's destruction.
Personality: Self-described Badass Freakin' Overlord Zetta is blustering, brash, bold, and blunt. Evil is in his job description (even if he doesn't really do too much of it). He's powerful and capable and he knows it. At his worst he's a tyrant, commanding his grovelling subjects according to his every whim, doing as he pleases, and generally being the most important thing in the multiverse.
He'd never admit it to himself, but he's not a terrible guy deep down inside. He doesn't do introspection or navel-gazing (he's not much for touchy-feely crap in general, though he's a master of the inner monologue) -- if something causes him to reconsider his choices or actions, he embraces his new course as if the old one had never existed. Whatever he does, he does whole-heartedly -- unless it's only worth a half-assed effort, of course.
Despite his overt embrace of evil, Zetta isn't really evil evil. Selfish, self-centered, and completely self-oblivious, certainly. But he gets along surprisingly well with his peers, beneath the casual insults and posturing that define life at the top of the power hierarchy, and in the face of true evil, such as a colleague actually having attempted to force himself on a woman, meet with instant disgust and reprisals. He talks a big game, and will even follow through on occasion, but the appearance of being evil is ultimately more important that the actuality.
...This isn't stopping him from trying to conquer earth and transform it into a Netherworld, but seriously, that's just business.
Zetta is an idiot. He's easy to manipulate, trick, or confuse. He has poor temper control. He's not intellectually stupid; he's capable of tactical thinking and doesn't really suffer comprehension problems. It's a Wisdom deficit. He's completely out of touch with himself, denies his true feelings and puts up a furious show of pretense to make sure he comes off the way he wants to come off, instead of as who he actually is. Zetta is also subject to comic relief, which is a greater power in the Disgaea universe than any defense or statistic.
Chosen Position: Villain
Powers: Zetta is, literally, the strongest being in existence. He's level 2000. He has a mana power greater than any other beings, 'mana' being a relatively undefined statistic that appears to relate to how much innate power a creature has. His second-strongest attack is an eyebeam that atomizes the moon as an afterthought (although background damage never persists in Disgaea).
Beyond his direct strength, Zetta is capable of confining wandering souls and spirits to mundane items. This incarnates the spirit as an extension of his mana power, making them into semi-intelligent minions under his control. Zetta can summon these minions by Inviting him, which drops them onto the field for a period of time. If he owns buildings or vehicles, he can Invite them as well.
Zetta is gaining the power to use Fusion and Magichange from other Disgaea games in Morphosis. Magichange allows him to transform a monster-class minion into a weapon for a human-class minion to equip for a short time. Fusion allows him to combine two monsters together to form a Giant Monster.
Zetta's innate power allows him to calculate his attacks using his highest stat instead of the attack's base stat -- so in practice, spells he casts rely on his massive strength stat instead of his comparatively less impressive intelligence stat, for example.
Abilities: Zetta's attributes are all extremely high, because of his level. He is skilled in sword and dagger fighting.
Sample:
Darkness shot through with flames! Billowing clouds with rumbling lightning deep inside! Then rising up into view, the silhouetted form of Zetta, his powerful body looming over the display monitor as he glared down into it, blank white eyes shining and a malicious grin on his face.
Yeah, he was always like this, but launching a TV-blimp over Angel Grove just to harass the Rangers required justifying the time and effort with melodramatics.
"Hyaaa ha ha ha ha! Tremble with terror and respect, Angel Grove, for I, Zetta, the most badass freaking Overlord in the cosmos, have come to give you a lecture on how the multiverse works!"
The clouds and flames and lightning and stuff puffed away like they'd been hit with a strong breeze. Zetta, of course, retained his flaming hair and blank eyes. Those were, alarmingly, natural.
"Just my luck I'd end up someplace where no one understands a thing about ANYthing, so hopefully this will clear up some misconceptions about the whole Overlord thing. Normally I leave the opening narrations to Pram, so you should all be freaking grateful I'm doing this."
Zetta pulled up a piece of paper with a crayon image on it: a deep black space with lots of little spheres on it. Leaning into the image, Zetta tapped this picture with a pointy stick.
"There is, of course, more than one universe. Your planet here is just one backwater speck in some pointless galaxy in some lesser existence. But the uselessness of your world isn't the point here. The point is..."
He tossed the picture away and replaced it with another -- this one featuring a gothic tower, an Earth-like world, and (way off in the corner) a stupid-looking angel with Xs for eyes.
"Every universe has three important things. The one we care about is this one." The stick pointed to the tower. "The Netherworld is the world of demons, the source of all evil in the cosmos... well, all the evil that matters anyway. The darkness in people's hearts and man's inhumanity to man and all that crap we're ignoring. This is the good kind of evil. Murder. Arson. Theft. Excessive Violence. Unwanted Destruction. Skipping School. Jaywalking with Intent to Loiter. Internet Piracy. What you call crime, we demons call daily life.
"Just to be thorough, I'll add that every cosmos has a human world, for the sake of the inevitable dramatic comparisons of how demons and humans aren't that different and all that crap, and the world of good and light, which is called Celestia."
The picture fluttered away, again replaced by another -- this one showing a stick figure with mighty, bulging muscles and flaming hair standing above a bunch of other stick figures (and what appears to be a penguin).
"Every Netherworld has a ruler, and that ruler is the Overlord. There's only one way to get the position of Overlord: you beat the demon who has the title. In other words, the Overlord is the strongest demon in the Netherworld. The strongest being in that universe, in fact. You want a guess at how strong they are, imagine something powerful enough to challenge your beloved princess and walk away mostly unharmed -- after mowing through all of you who threw yourselves in the way to protect her without a scratch.
"But back to our cosmos." Zetta ducked out of the picture; a brief sound of scrambling indicated he was regretting his earlier choice to just toss the first map away. He quickly slaps it up to the camera again. "Remember how I said there's more than one universe? That means there's lots of Overlords -- one for every Netherworld. Naturally, one of the jobs of the Overlord is to deal with other Overlords, which, since we're demons, usually involves gratuitous amounts of violence.
"So what's the point?" Zetta tossed the picture and the stick away, then turned to face the scroll head-on. Purple light begins to gather not just around his lifted hand, but all over his frame. "The point is that I, Zetta, am the strongest Overlord in the cosmos. Unquestioned, undisputed, acknowledged by all former contenders to that title!"
The power around Zetta began to coruscate, flaring out and in as beams stab out from its core.
"I am the most badass freaking Overlord there is! AND I SHALL CONQUER YOUR WORLD THE WAY I HAVE CONQUERED COUNTLESS WORLDS BEFORE IT! SOON, EARTH WILL BE THE HEART OF A NEW NETHERWORLD! HYAAAAA HA HA HA HA!"

Lina Inverse | Slayers | Ranger
Username/Handle: Wingus
Preferred Contact:
Character Info
Character Name: Lina Inverse
Canon: Slayers
Character Age: 18
History: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Slayers_episodes There's short summaries with each episode, and Lina comes from the end of Evolution-R.
Personality: Lina Inverse is not your typical heroine. She's someone who's out to adventure for the fun of it, generally with no real aim other than to find interesting places and things, and maybe wreck up some bandits along the way if she can. Lina is a person that follows her gut, and looks out for number one, normally, but often finds herself getting dragged into stuff a lot bigger than her - and when stuff is on the line, she'll generally buckle down and lend a hand - after all, if some lousy monster wants to destroy the world, that's bad for her, too! Granted, it's not just huge threats that can get her to do this - when stuff involves the friends she's made over her travels, she'll help out there, too. (And of course, try to get the biggest reward out of it as possible.) She's very live-for-the-moment, and generally doesn't plan very far ahead in life.
The girl also has one hell of a temper - her travels prior to the series' start have earned her a number of disliked nicknames: Lina the Bandit Killer, The Enemy to All Life, "that flat-chested, brainless, breastless sorceress", and Dragon Spooker. These were all garnered from her notoriously short temper and inclination to retaliating violently with magic spells - often in what anyone with a lick of common sense would consider overkill. (Namely, wrecking an entire village to kill a dragon that ignored her; blowing out any number of restaurants when someone wrecks her meal; and fireballing a pair of accidental peeping toms when she was bathing.)
Despite her seemingly reckless use of magic, she knows that such power carries a good deal of responsibility - both in chastising a traveling companion who kept suggesting she use one of her most powerful spells to fix a problem, and in noting while in a dungeon that the tight confines meant she couldn't cut loose. While they frustrate her oftentimes, she's well-aware of her limitations - both usual and situational, and will jump at any chance to get around them. While calling herself a "sorcery genius" sounds egotistical, it's a title that's well-earned: for only being fifteen, she is an incredibly powerful magic user, and has a reputation to go with it. Despite her short temper and apparent impatience, she's taken the time and has the patience, focus, and skill to have learned an incredible surplus of magic spells. She's also very perceptive, and when faced with something she can't just blast away, she'll find a way to take it down, even it takes a good while.
Lina's a person driven by money and power, and if she's not caught up in some big plot, she's normally on the hunt for treasure - be it monetary things, or magical things to grant her new spells or other magical enhancements. She's a shrewd business dealer, having been born to a family of merchants, and is a ruthless negotiator when it comes to getting things to work in her favor - sometimes using a little bit of magical "encouragement" if she feels it necessary to get her point across. She steals from bandits, but not innocents, and if generosity is shown to her by a friend or someone offering her a reward, she won't hesitate to milk it for what it's worth.
Anyone who gets close enough to her and is able to call her a friend will have themselves one strong supporter - she may not show it well due to a lack of emotional maturity, but she definitely cares for her friends, as she'll drop whatever she's after at the time if a friend is in trouble, and heaven help you if you hurt someone she cares about.
Chosen Position: Ranger!
Powers: Lina is incredibly gifted in the various magical arts - black magic (offense spells - curses, summoning, general damage), white magic (healing, protection, etc.), and shamanistic magic (Elemental magic - air, earth, fire, water, and spirit). Her specialty is black magic, and she has a proclivity to the fire-related shamanistic spells. Slayers' spells, what they do, and how they work are detailed fairly well here - ( http://robkelk.ottawa-anime.org/rpgs/slayers-spells.html ). In addition to whatever they draw power from there (Monsters/Mazoku/demons, the elements, or the gods), they also drain Lina's stamina - generally if she's very hungry, she can't cast for beans. She requires an incredible caloric intake to cast reasonably well. Also, if it's her time of the month, her powers are disabled until it's over. It's also capable to seal her magic if an opponent is good enough at magic seals or curses as well. She's got a few that she's particularly known for, however.
Lina's spell that she's primarily known for, the Dragon Slave, draws on the Mazoku who was the overseer of the world - Ruby-Eye Shabranigdo. Way back in their world's history, Shabranigdo was split into seven parts and each one was sealed in different humans. Despite this, Lina is still able to use the spell, even with one fragment destroyed by her in the first half of the first series. (Though we find out later that this fragment survived, and revived in EVOLUTION-R, only to be destroyed again by Lina.) The spell is a very powerful explosive fireball - the more negative emotions the caster has at the time of casting, the stronger it is. Its power can vary, however - there's countless times in-series where it's cast comedically as a result of Lina's bad temper, and people come out of it only scuffed up and bruised. (Property, however, rarely survives any casting of the spell. Most often when it's cast, whatever poor village Lina happens to be near will be left as a crater.) Overall, its actual strength and usefulness is completely reliant on the plot.
There are two other big spells Lina is known to use with some frequency - The Giga Slave and Ragna Blade. These draw on the power of The Lord of Nightmares, the creator of the Slayers world, and in-fiction, four worlds in total - and is said to exist outside of them as the Sea of Chaos. These are often her last-ditch spells, as they're both terribly draining on her. The Ragna Blade is a blade of chaotic energy, and is shown to be able to cut from the material plane and into the Astral Plane to wound a Mazoku's true body, if not outright destroy it. The Giga Slave, however, has two possible outcomes, depending on the amount of control exerted in casting. If it's fully controlled, it's essentially an obscenely powerful blast of energy - like the Dragon Slave on plot steroids. (Sometimes taking the form of a miniature black hole.) If Lina loses control, however, it summons the Lord of Nightmares herself to the material plane. And...well, that's a thing that Lina would like to avoid, given that the Lord of Nightmares' goal is to destroy everything and return it to chaos. So the Giga Slave is something that she only will use under extreme duress, and in a situation where things are bad enough that it's worth the gamble. In-series, it was only used and attempted a total of five times - two successful casts, two interrupted attempts, and one failure.
Additionally, Lina is capable of exponentially increasing the power of her spells with the four Demon's Blood Talismans she wears - the use of which are generally saved for climactic moments against ridiculously powerful adversaries, and the trade-off for the power is having to recite an extra spell on top of the one she wants to power up, which is quite a considerable wind-up time.
Abilities: Lina has a number of skills she's picked up in her travels - bluffing and acting, decent enough melee skill for a spellcaster (both unarmed and with blades), good perception/sense motive, and impeccable skill in negotiating and bartering - though a lot of that is due to her resorting to intimidation. (After all, it's easy enough to get your way when you threaten to blast a normal guy to kingdom come.) Lina's also skilled in using magical devices, though not so much at identifying them.
Ranger Form (if applicable)
Power Morpher: A vaguely microphone-esque pink and white wand with a heart atop it that doubles as a communicator.
Ranger Uniform: Think if Wild Force and Mystic Force's uniforms had a kid, and theme it around a unicorn. Pink is the main color, white is secondary, with bits of gold and silver trim.
Ranger Personal Weapon: A bow that fires energy arrows with conical, unicorn-horn shaped heads.
Ranger Zord: A pink and white robot unicorn that generally serves as an arm module. Its horn fires magical/energy blasts, and the head is generally near the hand when combined with others.
Sample: The dragon spooker meets an unspookable dragon. Actual thread start is here, but there's a lot of long threads between the OP and mine. And Lina Inverse Versus A Giant Spider from a different game where Lina's from a much earlier canon point.

Maxim | Girl Genius! | Villain
Username/Handle: Elly
Preferred Contact: AIM: luvinanellyvator
Character Info:
Character Name: Maxim the Jägermonster
Canon: Girl Genius!, an online webcomic. (girlgeniusonline.com)
Character Age: Estimated at 250-300 years old.
History:
http://girlgenius.wikia.com/wiki/Maxim
http://girlgenius.wikia.com/wiki/Da_Boyz (links mostly for flavor!)
The world of Girl Genius is set on a type of alternate Earth--there are place names that are somewhat familiar, like Europa (Europe) and Albia (England). The main story is set in Europa, and focuses on the heir to the House of Heterodyne, Agatha. Maxim himself is more of a minor character, a wild Jägermonster who's sworn to serve the house of his creators instead of giving his allegiance to the current ruler of Europa.
Jägermonsters are a type of construct monster, originally created centuries ago by an ancestor of the Heterodyne family. Most are fanatically loyal to the family, and when Bill and Barry Heterodyne, the last two known scions, disappeared, the majority of the remaining Jägermonsters swore allegiance to the current ruler of Europa, Klaus Wulfenbach. However, a few were ordered to leave Mechanicsburg, the ancestral Heterodyne home city, and not return until another Heterodyne heir was found.
Little is known about Maxim and his "brodders", Ognian and Dimo, before they're first seen in Zumzum. But they flat out say that they are a part of the group of Jägermonsters sent to find a Heterodyne heir, and thus are considered "wild". (Though it's a question as to whether or not any Jägermonster can really be considered "tame" as it is. Also, as Oggie and Dimo don't much resemble Maxim, it's doubtful that they're brothers, it's probably a term of close friendship.)
Luckily for them, they were also the ones who found the Heterodyne heir in Zumzum--though they had been captured and hung (The townsfolk had a bet on who would die first. It was doubtful anyone would have won it.), but Agatha Heterodyne cut them free when another wild Jäger attacked the town. (In truth, Jenka wasn't really attacking. She just wanted to pass through, and with other wild Jägers already in town, the guards were nervous, and, well. Accidents happened.)
Little did Agatha know that Maxim and the others knew Jenka, and after they left town, they reconnoitered outside, where Jenka took something of a report from the other Jägers. She charged them with keeping Agatha alive, while she went for instructions.
So Maxim and the others joined the traveling circus Agatha had already joined. Maxim helped destroy a town full of creatures when the circus stumbled upon it.
When Agatha was kidnapped by the Storm King, Maxim was among those who went to rescue her, helping navigate the sewers of Sturmhalten with some of her friends from the circus. Unfortunately they didn't rescue her before she was possessed by the Other, but they did get her out before Baron Wulfenbach could capture her. This happened despite the Baron's best efforts, and his coming upon the Heterodyne at the circus outside of town before they could make their escape. This is where Lars, one of the actors, protects Agatha, dying valiantly to do so. When the circus steals an airship, rescues Agatha, and escapes the Baron again, Maxim is the one who retrieves Lars' body and returns it to his circus 'family', admonishing one of the others to make sure Lars is buried with a hat, a token of esteem and honor among Jägermonsters.
Maxim and his brothers, however, have to remain outside Agatha's next destination--Mechanicsburg, because of an oath--"no Jäger is to enter Mechanicsburg until a Heterodyne is again in residence". As Agatha is Heterodyne in name only, not accredited by the monstrous Castle itself, they feel they have to remain outside.
Or not get caught sneaking in.
Maxim and the other boys (and Jenka) end up doing precisely that, as well as taking the Baron's son, Gilgamesh, into a bar. Gil had been wounded protecting Mechanicsburg from a number of war machines that had shown up to lay siege while Agatha was in the castle. They have to get through another Jäger, Captain Vole, to get there, and Gil is the one who actually has to subdue him. Luckily, the bar he's taken to by the Jägers is not just a bar, but a thinly veiled cover for one of the other Jäger Generals, Gkika. After all, "ven pipple see lots ov false Jägers, dey don't look so hard for de real vuns".
Maxim is EXTREMELY excited to give Gil the clothes he needs to be able to sneak into the castle--especially his "nize hat", a giant red and purple monstrosity labled with "GILGAMESH WULFENBACH: SCHMOTT GUY!". This only serves to reinforce the love of hats that the Jägers all share. With the help of the Heterodyne seneschal, Maxim and the brothers lead Gil up to the tunnels leading to Mechanicsburg, and leave him there.
In an interlude, Maxim and Ognian go visit an "Old Man Death", a human who rode with the Jägers, an impressive feat. As it would be dishonorable to buy a new hat for any Jäger, and Maxim is without one, he goes hand to hand with the undefeated Ol' Man for HIS hat--and interestingly enough, wins it through the use of subtlety (and ordering a sandwich).
At last report, the boys had made their way to the Jäger Generals on Castle Wulfenbach, the airship, and were making their report to Goomblast, Zog, and Khrizhan about Agatha's whereabouts and condition--and discussing whether or not she was possessed the Other, a being of incredible power and scientific knowledge bent on mayhem, or not.
It is known that Maxim is a former cavalry officer. It's speculated that the monster horse at the beginning of the Advanced Class was actually his steed, getting out from his control due to him being detained in Zumzum. However, it's not clear as to where and when he got his prosthetic arm, just that he has one.
Maxim is taken from the end of the "Jager Meeting" mini-arc in Chapter Eleven, after he, Oggie, and Dimo report to the Jäger generals on Castle Wulfenbach.
Personality:
For a Jägermonster, Maxim is surprisingly resigned. Which means that he tends to be more patient than the average, and somewhat thoughtful and observant. He'll speak up when he has something to say, and stay quiet otherwise. Perhaps because he was a cavalry officer, Maxim has a definite sense of honor and respect. This is proven when he brings Lars' body back to the circus. "Dot Meester Lars vos scared to death. Ve could schmell it on him. But he come to get Miz Agatha anyvay, und he sacrifice himself vitout thinking. He fight vit us Jägers und die for the House of Heterodyne. Dot make him as goot as vun of us. Ve don't leave our own behind. Ennyvay, you ken take him und try to gets him zapped beck, but that don't vork much. So ven hyu bury him, make sure he gots a hat." Interestingly, that is where Maxim "loses" his first hat, because he gives it to Abner the circus fellow along with Lars' body--for a Jäger, a hat is a serious symbol of status, and to lose one or give it away is almost unthinkable. Or, in that case, a token of just how impressed Maxim was with Lars and his actions.
With Jägers, it's hard to tell if they're brave, stupid, or insane, at times, and Maxim is not really different from many of the others seen in the series. For all that he (presumably) started out as a human, his view of things is certainly skewed now, shown by his fanboyish adoration of an assassin in the employ of Anevka Sturmvoraus, who left them for dead in the sewers. He enjoys fighting, as all his kind do, but has little understanding of subtle (though he's slowly learning!). For a wild Jäger, he is fairly smart example of the breed--not quite as simple as Ognian, but not as sneaky and subtle as say, Jenka or Dimo. It is said, however, that wild Jägers have had to be smarter than the ones serving the Baron, though if there's a specific reason for that divergence, it hasn't been shown.
Chosen Position: Villain, specifically henchman. Despite history as a cavalry officer, Maxim works better taking orders than giving them. Also there's always a chance he'll get fed up and ditch the baddies.
Powers:
http://girlgenius.wikia.com/wiki/Jägermonster
"Effry vun of us reached out our hands und took der Jägerdraught by choice--and ve got der goot end ov der deal, hyu bet ve did!"--Jäger General Goomblast, speaking about the transformation method.
The Jägerdraught is a chemical beverage of sorts, created by Vlad Heterodyne, "the Blasphemous", in an attempt to create an army of super-soldiers. The exact composition is unknown, though water from the River Dyne is a component. The source of the Dyne is beneath Castle Heterodyne itself, and legend says that the spring was a shrine venerated to a local battle-goddess. Legend also says that drinking that water *usually* leads to a horrible death. However, Heterodyne family legend claims that the first Heterodyne drank from that spring, and instead of dying, had his Spark enhanced.
Unfortunately, the Jägerdraught itself isn't as potent, or maybe coherent, as its mysterious, undisclosed components, as it's suggested that it has a low success rate. That in and of itself wasn't a deterrent to those taking the brew, however.
Jägermonsters are stronger, faster, and much more resilient than a normal human being. They have better senses of sight, smell, and hearing, and a lifespan extended past the human norm (the three oldest known Generals, Zog, Khrizhan, and Goomblast, are around 600-700 years old; Maxim is the youngest at around 250 to 300). The downside to this is that they refuse medical treatment from anyone but another Jäger, or the Heterodyne themselves. Luckily, they are resilient and fast-healing, so usually that tends not to be much of a problem...
Abilities: Maxim, as a former cavalry officer, is skilled at horsemanship and command, and also has been shown as being very skilled with a rapier. It seems to be his preferred weapon. One of his hands has also been replaced with a fully working metal prosthesis. He THINKS he's a ladies' man, but he also has professed to "haff never luffed", so his success is debatable.
Sample:
Riding a horse usually brought back happier times, but the bitter taste left in his mouth remained. Maxim grimaced, showing a mouth full of fangs, and the horse beneath him danced anxiously (mostly because it already didn't like him; he smelled funny, like something that might want to eat it instead of ride it). The Jäger patted the beast absently with a clawed hand, and it settled somewhat, pawing the ground with a hoof.
"Hy'm surrounded by idiots. Hy'm schmotter den dem. How deed dis even heppen?" Maxim grumbled to himself, shoving his hat down further on his head. It wasn't likely that either Rita or any of her lackies would note his absence--and if that pompous gasbag Zetta noticed anything but himself, it'd be a miracle. And they wondered why nothing ever got done? As crazy as the Heterodynes had been, they'd been a step up.
Even if Maxim was, technically, biased, being a Jäger and all. The Heterodyne family had created the Jägermonster breed, after all, and that in and of itself was why he was here. Without his wild brethren, it was true, but here nonetheless. And most Jägers couldn't say they'd been on a moon. Yet.
It was at least a little impressive.
And really, he kind of sympathized with the Power Rangers. Just a little. Oh, he'd never express that, but after a few decades of warfare, a body got to be a bit observant about one's enemies. And these kids had honor--most of them, at least. Something that the Alliance of Evil, or whatever in the Name they were calling themselves this week, didn't seem to be passing familiar with.
Well. Maybe that was why he was here. And Maxim could show them a thing or two.

Character Info:
Character Name: Yu Narukami
Canon: Persona 4
Character Age: 17
History: Yu Narukami @ SMT Wiki. Canon point is post True End.
Personality: At first glance, Yu doesn't seem like the kind of person that could get along with anyone. His face seems to be stuck in a permanent lineface, and he doesn't speak that much -- even when he does talk, he's short and to the point, and more often than not, completely blunt. The immediate impression of him would be that he is aloof, shy, and not really interested in interacting with the world around him, and indeed if Yu were from the start of Persona 4, this would likely be the case. However, his experiences in Inaba have changed that part about him, and he is much more open to the people around him and has come to form many bonds with others -- some intentional, some not.
While his normal expression is perpetually neutral, Yu is capable of smiling, and does so most often around his friends and his little cousin, Nanako, whom he loves like a little sister. Still, his tone does not seem to change as often as he smiles, and in addition to the fact that he does not speak that much, it can be problematic interpreting what he says. For example, when asking Yosuke if he wanted a copy of Shadow Kanji's announcement about the Bath House in the Midnight Television, it was difficult to determine if he was joking around or not, though judging from his reaction to the Bath House later on, it was clear he was just being sarcastic. Conversely, when his uncle, Doijima, gives him bright fuchsia swimming shorts, one would think Yu was being sarcastic when he said they looked very stylish. However, not only was he actually willingly wearing them after the camping trip, he said they were hip when Kanji commented on them, revealing that he genuinely thought that way. Essentially, Yu is a deadpan snarker, but it's difficult to tell when he's snarking and when he's being serious. This also leads to him having a unique sense of humor as well, as he's been shown to do things such as imitate Teddy (and his bear-y bad puns) and pretend to be a girl, which leads to having a "shoujou moment" with Yosuke, just for laughs. Admittedly, not many people laugh at his jokes, and most just respond to them with exasperation, as they can't tell if he's being serious or not. Also, like most boys his age, he has a small perverted side, one that rarely comes out without prodding, like when Yosuke asked if he had a camera on him when the girls had fallen over with their rear ends pointed toward them. His, "Damn, no!" was surprisingly enthusiastic for him. Yu is also a bit of a nerd, or perhaps closet geek is a better description; he has been shown to collect several model mechas and be an enthusiastic reader of a variety of genres. There is even an option to describe Yosuke as the "Clean Lantern" at one point during a conversation with him. As with most things, he internalizes his geek-side; you're probably not going to see him squee unless it's something that's just too good not to squee over.
Normally, Yu is a very kind individual. Once he came out of his shell, it doesn't take him much to help someone, especially if it's one of his friends and especially if it's Nanako. Yosuke, however, seems to get the, "I'll just leave him alone" response more than a few times, mostly because he brings his own misery on himself. At any rate, Yu's kindness is seen the most during his summer vacation, where he helps an old woman remember her love for her deceased husband, accidentally reminded a nurse why she started working in the medical field in the first place, helped a woman understand how much her step son appreciated and loved her, and tutored a young boy to prepare him for his high school entrance exams, as well as help him learn what it meant to have friends. Of course, he didn't originally intend to do this; he initially started out picking up part time work so he could get Nanako a new umbrella. He just ended up helping everyone else along the way, no matter how embarrassing it was, even though there was no need for him to do so.
Yu is very courageous, especially considering his very normal background, though he was not immune to the standard reaction of ending up in a strange place. After falling into the TV world, and being confronted by the otherworldly Shadows, Yu is appropriately freaked out. His lineface cracked, and he even said that he couldn't move, most likely because he was that afraid. However, once he obtained his Persona, that all changed, even going so far as to have a Crowning Moment of CREEPY AS HELL when he first used its power. Being granted that power gave him the confidence he needed to stand firm no matter what the situation that he found himself in while traveling in the TV world. That isn't to say he's completely unshakable, as he was genuinely in fear of possibly "losing something important" while traveling in the Shadow Kanji's Bath House (though again, it's difficult to tell how much of the whole Bath House incident he was taking seriously). That still didn't keep him from standing up to Shadow Kanji and giving the real Kanji the one thing he needed (acceptance from someone) in order to punch out his own Shadow. Even after these early confrontations, Yu is still not completely immune to fear, as shown when the group confronted Mitsuo Kubo's shadow. He had been sucked in to its darkness, and the disturbing thing tried to convince him that he was empty inside (something that would come up a couple of times later as well). It showed Yu what he was most terrified of; that all the bonds he had formed were meaningless and would just fade away once the mystery of Inaba was solved. His friends quickly proved that his fear was baseless, and helped him realize that it wasn't the adventure that was holding them together, but the fact that they were truly good friends. This isn't to say that Yu isn't capable of losing himself in other strong emotions, though it takes him a lot to get to that point. The best example, of course, is Nanako and her almost death. He was so sad, so enraged that he almost did something he would have regretted: throw Namatame into the TV to his death. Even after he managed to stop himself, he was questioning if it was right of him to do so, breaking down and crying on Yosuke's shoulder.
To summarize, Yu used to be a quiet and aloof individual when he first moved to Inaba. While he's still very quiet, he has grown as a person, and has come to express himself in many different ways. He is fiercely loyal to his friends, and would do anything to help them -- even punch them out if they ask for it.
Yu Narukami | Persona 4 | Ranger 2/2
Powers: The ability to summon Personae from the sea of his unconscious... however, upon arriving a conflict happened in the Grid, and Yu's normal powers were drastically affected. Normally, Yu has the power to bring out his inner self in the form of Izanagi, and command it against his enemies within the TV world. However, the Grid glitched this, merging Izanagi's powers with Ranger powers. On the upside, Yu has access to all the same powers as his natural Persona when he transforms. On the downside, he is unable to summon his Persona separately, nor is he able to take advantage of his extra abilities as the Wild Card -- or the ability to change his "mask" and summon different Personae other than Izanagi -- in either form.
Abilities: Yu's specific ability is the "Wild Card". Most people that awaken the power of their Persona only have one, but Yu has several, gained through his ability to bond with others. These bonds, or Social Links, not only give Yu added strength when it comes to summoning Personae, but also helped him complete his world. Despite the Grid glitch, Yu will still be able to form bonds with others, but he will not be gaining any new powers from them.
Personae reside in the sea of the unconscious, and are a part of Yu's very soul. When he summons them, he is literally bringing forth a piece of himself, and thanks to the Grid, he's bringing that part of himself out in his own body. Personae are grouped together by Arcana, and an individual's path in life is also represented by an Arcana. Yu's natural Arcana is The Fool, with the potential to become The World in desperate situations. The Fool represents the number 0: infinite, limitless potential, and the ability to grow and adapt to any circumstance, and that's certainly what Yu has done and will continue to do. He is never at the end of his journey, he is never stagnant or empty, and he is finding a new path to travel every day; which is why, despite achieving The World, he cannot use it whenever he wants to, because he hasn't found a true end to his journey.
Being of The Fool Arcana, Yu's natural Persona is Izanagi, the Shinto God of Creation from Japanese mythology. He was Yu's first Persona, and the on that Yu continues to use the most in his world, despite having access to many others. When transformed, he will be able to use all of his skills, which are about as well rounded as Yu himself is. Izanagi, being inherently a lightning elemental Persona, has a weakness to wind-type abilities, something that Yu would also share when transformed.
In moments of extreme desperation (AKA, moments where mod permission would be required), Yu's natural Arcana would shift to The World, and Izanagi would change in response, becoming Izanagi-no-Okami. He is much more powerful in this form, in addition to being able to use Myraid Truths, the Almighty spell used to finish off the final boss of Persona 4. In this form, Yu/Izanagi has no weaknesses, and is in fact much more resistant to just about everything.
Outside of Personae abilities, at this point in his canon Yu's personal stats would be completely maxed out; so max courage, expression, diligence, knowledge, and understanding. It at least seems like he can do no wrong; he was knowledgeable enough to work out who was really behind the events in Inaba, and courageous enough to confront that person on his own. He was diligent enough to spend an entire night fishing just to get a comb back, and understanding enough to know why he needed to do so. And most of all, he was expressive enough to give his little cousin and his uncle the love and care they both needed in order to remind them of what a family was.
Yu, fitting with his Arcana, is a jack-of-all-trades; anything he puts his mind to, he can do it, and usually do it with some semblance of excellence. He is a very good cook, and unlike the women of the series, can produce food that isn't lethal. He also participates in drama club and plays on the basketball team, in addition to all his other activities with the rest of the Investigation Team, and the various jobs he takes on in order to make some spare cash. He even managed to look damn good while crossdressing, with a little help of course.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: Arcana Card: The Fool
Ranger Uniform:
Izanagi form: Primarily black with red and white accents, though mostly keeping with the traditional Ranger spandex, with the exception of the top part resembling Izanagi's bancho coat. The helmet would also be reminiscent of Izanagi's mask.
Izanagi-no-Okami form: Yu's uniform changes to white with gold and red accents, but also keeps with the traditional Ranger uniform. The coat and helmet would also change in this form.
Ranger Personal Weapon:
Izanagi form: A rather large nodachi, pictured in the image linked above.
Izanagi-no-Okami form: A large sword with a massive circular guard, also linked above.
Ranger Zord: Dog; keeping with the Arcana theme, the dog is the fool's companion on the face side of The Fool Arcana, following him along on his journey.
Sample:
Yu wasn't sure what to make of everything he had just been through and been told; he was trying to keep an open mind, being from a world where a death goddess was trying to give humanity was it truly wanted, after all. But some things were hard for him to grasp, mostly because they could happen in the "real world". He was used to things happening in an alternate world; the fact that he could transform for real? He wasn't so sure about that, and he wasn't even very sure how it was supposed to work. Not that it wouldn't be cool -- he liked Featherman just like most other people, though he was more a fan of the mechs than the actual show -- but he would much rather stick with his Persona if they could use powers in the real world here.
His ability to suspend his disbelief was about to be tested; as he was taking the path to get to the city, he could feel... just something, like there was something watching him. He felt on edge, and he wished he had his sword with him, but that was still locked up at Junes back home. Maybe he should have... just hung out at the Hexagon for awhile, go with a group of others to the town; safety in numbers and all that. He paused a moment, before turning to go back; but just as he took a step behind him something grabbed him from behind and threw him to the ground. Yu grunted, hitting the rock and rolling away from whatever had grabbed him, only to end up stabbed at. The sword missed him -- barely -- and Yu snapped his leg out to trip the... whatever it was up. It gave him the time to get back to his feet and see what he was up against.
It definitely wasn't good; he was surrounded by... things; he wasn't sure what they were exactly, but they definitely weren't Shadows, and they weren't friendly. Yu found himself taking a step back, until his back hit a stone wall. Damn, how was he going to get out of this; he didn't know how he was supposed to "morph" and he had no clue if his Persona would even work. He couldn't just stand there though, not when there were quite a few swords intending to carve him up.
Yu forced himself to stand up, reaching his hand out... only to end up actually surprised when his arcana card responded, The Fool hovering over his outstretched hand. He wasn't about to object, however, and his hand came crushing down on the card as always. What happened next... definitely was not normal; instead of Izanagi appearing before him like always, it felt more like he had been struck by lightning, hitting his fingers first and tingling through his entire body. He flinched, squeezing his eyes shut for a moment... and when he opened his eyes again, he found himself staring out through a visor, staring at the creatures that had taken a massive step back after whatever it was that just happened.
His gaze drifted down to his hands, now gloved in black. He pressed his hands against his chest, feeling the deceptively strong fabric, before raising to his face to feel the sharp angles of the helmet. Izanagi...? It felt that way, even if he couldn't see it with his own eyes, and he didn't have the time to dwell much on it. The enemies were getting restless, ready to attack any moment, and even though he didn't know what happened, he still needed to defend himself. He reached over to his side instinctively, and his Persona's massive blade appeared in hand. It was weird, he wasn't used to a blade that heavy, but he just slung the blade over his shoulder, knowing he was just going to have to adjust as he went along.

Yukiko Amagi | Persona 4 | Ranger
Username/Handle: Lita
Preferred Contact: Plurk @ ‘litamaxwell’
Character Info:
Character Name: Yukiko Amagi
Canon: Persona 4
Character Age: 17
History: Weeeee!
Personality:
When the audience first notices Yukiko Amagi, she had an air around her that screamed ‘elegance and class’. Of course training to run her family’s business, an inn and hot springs that is quite successful will do that to someone. But when you hear them for the first time, one would think Yukiko as a snob and not really care about anything else, right? Not even close on that one! Yukiko may be quiet and introverted from the beginning but as the audience watches her in both the game and anime, we notice that she is a determined young woman trying to figure out what to do with her life on her own terms.
In the beginning, we notice that Yukiko is a quiet young woman who is incredibly smart (we see her discuss questions on a test during the midterms in the game) and very popular with both genders at her school. In fact, there is something called the ‘Amagi Challenge’ in which boys ask Yukiko out and see if she says yes. Spoiler alert: she turns them all down. In all honesty, Yukiko doesn’t feel right when people talk about her looks; it makes her feel uncomfortable. During this time, she really opened up to one other person: her best friend Chie. They have been normally seen together throughout the game and have been good friends for a long time. When they were children, Chie tried to make her smile after she ran away from home with a dog because her family couldn’t take it in. The story has a good ending with Yukiko and Chie becoming very good friends and the other girl able to take in the dog.
As much as we notice Yukiko taking care of the family business and takes over when her mother is unable to, the audience believes that this is what she wants to do in life. We thought at one point that Yukiko had set goals for her life and had a plan together; it was the opposite. When she confronts her shadow, who says that she doesn’t want to work at the inn any longer and pines for her ‘Prince Charming’ to come and rescue her from her life in Inaba, she denies it and naturally, it pisses the shadow off. She then comes to realize that the shadow is speaking the truth and feels like her life is being decided for her. So Yukiko does feel uncertainty of what she wants to do in the future at this point. She’s not perfect despite appearances.
Once the protagonist and the rest of the Investigation Team get to know her, they learn that Yukiko is actually livelier. One thing they notice is her…bizarre taste in humor. As in horrible. She will laugh like a hyena when someone tells a bad joke or if someone puts on Teddie’s ‘special glasses’ which look like a gag joke with its big nose, mustache, and swirly eyed glasses. While everyone else hates them, she finds them hilarious. But it doesn’t happen all the time; when Teddie tries to joke with her, she responds (paraphrasing a bit here)asking if she was supposed to laugh at it. She also shows a competitive side when the team decides to have an omelet making contest with Nakano as the judge, even telling Rise: “I’ll cut you down in one stroke.” She is even seen attempting to cook when she spends time with the protagonist during her Social Link events. Needless to say that she really needs to work on it. Three words: MYSTERY FOOD X.
Yukiko is determined to make her own way in the world and has a strong will as seen while spending time with the protagonist. She expresses that she wishes to leave Inaba and make a career in interior design. At one point, she is shown discussing about books involving the subject. However, when a tabloid crew comes to town and wants to do a story about the inn (mind you, it’s a very crippling one due to the fact that the first murder victim in the series Mayumi Yamano stayed there before she was killed), she tells them off and makes them leave. Afterwards, she tells the protagonist that she wants to stay at the inn but because of her own free will and the fact that she still loves the place. Telling off the reporter made her realize how much she cared for the establishment and finally gave her the answers she was looking for during the series.
To summarize: Yukiko is seen at first as a woman of class and somewhat untouchable. She seemed to be the quiet type that refused any boy who would ask her out and had an idea what she wanted to do after graduation. Once certain events occurred, the audience sees her as a lively girl with bad tastes in cooking and humor but with a strong and kind heart. She is also determined to do things because she feels in her heart that it’s good for her and not because everyone else expects it.
Chosen Position: Ranger, Red
Powers:
Persona
I am thou…thou art I. From the sea of thy soul I come.
According to the wiki, a persona is a mask someone uses to face hardships. In this case, they’re the parts of people used to fight off Shadows and other nasty critters. One earns the right to use a persona in two ways (in 4’s case): to face your own shadow and acknowledge it and a 'special' way. It's shown to happen to three people but I won't give away who or what because it is a major spoiler. Yukiko had to face her darker side, someone who wanted to escape her life and run away from taking the responsibilities of being the next manager of her family's inn. It didn't help that her shadow took the form of a stereotypical princess and pined for a 'prince' to come take her away.
Yukiko's persona, Amaterasu is both a offensive and defensive style fighter. She is more of a ranged fighter and does better at a distance, mainly using magic. She mainly uses fire based magic as well as defensive and healing spells. However, due to a glitch in the Morphing Grid, Yukiko will be unable to summon her persona. Instead, she will be able to use her powers, the Grid modifying them for Yukiko's usage.
Abilities:
As stated before, Yukiko's abilities come from Amaterasu. But with her comes special kinds of powers. You see, in the series, each arcana specializes in specific types of persona. Yukiko's arcana, the Priestess, focuses on healing and defensive spells. However, Amaterasu does have offensive attacks mixed in.
Fire: Amaterasu has three levels of this spell and usage on either one enemy or all of them. When used, they just suddenly pop out and burn the enemy. Due to the Grid glitch, Yukiko will be able to use this magic without summoning her persona.
Defensive/Healing: A major aspect of the Priestess Arcana is that the personas assigned to it, specialize in healing and some defensive spells. Amaterasu is the same. She has several healing spells including HP recovery, able to revive someone at half or at full health, and able to recover others from several status effects. Like with the fire spells, she too will be able to use them. However, for the revival spells, they are if someone is knocked out, not dead. If mod permission is needed to use them, then it's fine by me.
Also, physically, Amaterasu can resist lightining and block fire but is weak to ice. These also affect Yukiko as well. The stats are provided for further information.
Cooking: I'll be blunt: she sucks at it. Three words: Mystery Food X.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: Her arcana card, The Priestess. Her morphing phrase will be ‘I am Thou’ given that it is a line she says while summoning her persona.
Ranger Uniform: Mostly red with golden accents. Her most notable style is the train and front bobbles wrap around her torso and chest. Her helmet however is a play off her original persona, Konohana Sakuya minus the pink and flower accents.
Ranger Personal Weapon: Two red razor fans. Yukiko’s weapons from home were fans but given how Ranger weapons can get, they will be upgraded to cause more damage.
Ranger Zord: A red firebird. Reasoning is mainly symbolism (wanting to fly away from her life) as well as what her Shadow form took during the battle.
Sample:
Yukiko couldn't get the idea out of her mind. The thought of being like one of those heroes on television excited her, but also terrified the girl. She didn't know really anything about Featherman let alone Power Rangers, the subject being more in Yu's or Naoto's territory. Was the little robot right in bringing her to this place, being able to help save it? It wasn't that she doubted herself, not at all especially after that long battle with a certain death goddess. It just didn't make any sense to her.
She had just reached the park when she noticed something rather off; mainly the people running away from a group of...well, Yukiko couldn't figure it out.
"What are those things?"
The foot soldiers, noticing that she was the only one who didn't run away, began to come towards her much to her disdain. Her first instinct was to run away since she couldn't summon her persona in this world and she had nothing else to go on. However, there was only one of her and ten of them. They were quicker than she expected as a couple of them grabbed her by the arms, trying to restrain her.
"Let go of me!"
She gripped their arms, unknowingly used a fire spell to burn said lackeys and releasing her. Hold on, how did that happen?! Yukiko moved back and looked at her hands, not feeling any burn or seeing any changes. "That felt almost like-"
Amaterasu's magic. How did she use her persona's power without it being there? What exactly was going on here?! The soldiers were back up, this wanting to take down the girl that had burned them so suddenly that they didn't notice something floating down towards her. Yukiko knew that card from anywhere: her arcana. She reached up towards it like instinct and muttered something that no one but her could hear.
"I am thou."
It felt like her entire body was set in flames, covering her...no, protecting her as her vision cleared, seeing everything through a visor. What just happened? Yukiko looked down at herself, seeing Amaterasu's familiar trail wrap around her body followed by lots of red and gold. The foot goons seemed to jump back in nervousness at the newly morphed ranger, unsure of what to do next. Yukiko then looked to her sides and saw two somewhat familiar weapons. Those she can work with. Pulling them out and opening them up, she stood against them. There was no one but her around: this was a fight Yukiko had to face alone.
"I can do this..." she whispered to herself then started running towards the enemy.

Emily | Power Rangers Samurai | Ranger
Username/Handle: Noah (
Preferred Contact: (aim) noahofdreams | (plurk) cookierobots
Character Info:
Character Name: Emily
Canon: Power Rangers Samurai
Character Age: 16
History: Emily’s history | Samurai Episodes | Super Samurai Episodes | Taking her post-S2E11 (The Strange Case of the Munchies)
Personality:
Of all the colorful personalities in the group, Emily definitely comes off as the most innocent and sweet. She’s warm and very friendly, if not overly so at times. But this comes off more endearing than annoying to her friends, likely due to her being the youngest and least experienced of them. She looks up to her team, heavily relying on their support and acceptance but is also willing to go out of her way to prove herself as a capable ranger.
This has a lot to do with her place on the team. Unlike her teammates, Emily wasn’t destined to inherit the Yellow Samurai Ranger’s powers (that thing with Jayden hasn’t come up yet shh). It was her sister, Serena that was supposed to be a ranger, not Emily. And so Emily really didn’t know of the very real risks and dangers she’d have to face later on after her sister became ill. Emily loves her sister more than anyone, and so she took her sister’s place willingly, even though it actually was to be forced on her. Upon taking her sister’s place, Emily promised not to cry again and become a stronger person for the sake of others. So she trains hard not only to make her team proud, but her sister as well.
While one of her biggest strengths, the childish part of her can also be sortof a determent. While she has a bright and warm personality, she’s also a huge klutz and doesn’t really command much authority. If she makes one mistake, about five more pile up in rapid succession. She’ll try to correct them the best she can, but easily lets herself get overwhelmed with the small things. She also, in her own opinion, has no real special talents and has to work hard to reach a level she wants to be. This tendency of hers has a lot to do with her being picked on as a kid. Back then, she was a klutz and a crybaby who really wasn’t good at anything. Serena taught Emily to not let their words hurt her, but Emily is still very harsh and critical of herself. While the words of strangers don’t hurt like they used to, she can still be hurt by the ones of her friends. Emily is trying to be a stronger person, but she seems to let herself be her own worst enemy. She has proven herself as assertive when she puts her mind to it (hence Bulk and Spike’s fear of her), but default mode is a ball of sunshine.
At times when she’s lonely, Emily plays her flute to remind her of Serena.
Chosen Position: Ranger
Powers: As the Yellow Samurai Ranger, Emily has control over the Earth symbol power. Symbol powers use written Japanese kanji to unlock powers pertaining to the user’s own affinity to the element. Say if Emily was to write the kanji for stone, she can summon several rocks or a boulder. When using the Samuraizer to write the kanji for Earth, Emily is morphed into her ranger form. They are also used for summoning the zords and using special attacks. There are many other summons the symbol powers can conjure up (seen here), but since Emily is less experienced with using her symbol power, she is mainly shown sticking to her element.
Symbol powers are incredibly draining on the user, and while she has abundance when in ranger form, Emily’s power is far from limitless. These powers are boosted when using the Black Box, allowing her Super Samurai Mode. This mode, as one can guess, is incredibly limited.
Abilities: By her own admission, Emily really doesn’t have many special abilities. She can play the flute, and she has strong convictions to her training, so she can go a bout with a kendo stick unmorphed.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: The Samuraizer
Ranger Uniform: Yellow Samurai Ranger
Ranger Personal Weapon: The Spin Sword. When combined with the Ape Zord Disc, Emily can use Seismic Swing, Earth Symbol Strike, and Primate Cyclone. The Spin Sword can be transformed into the Earth Slicer, Emily’s personal ranger weapon.
Ranger Zord: The Ape Folding Zord. A land-based quadruped Zord that is the left arm of the Samurai Megazord. Actually takes form of a small toy and grows to giant robot size through the use of symbol power.
Sample:
The sun shone bright today. Luckily being in the city hadn’t changed how the sun felt on her skin, the warmth it brought. It was the same bright sun from home. Emily breathed in the park air. Now that wasn’t something the same as home. Guess you can’t always find the country in the city. Her mind turned to the other Rangers for a second. Really she probably should’ve said something to the others before leaving the house.
Emily reset her position again, tightening the grip on her training sword. It always felt so heavy, no matter how many times she tried to prefect her swing. After just meeting her new team, it was really apparent that she had a lot more to learn. Her form was nowhere near as graceful as Mia’s. Not as perfected as Kevin’s. Not as loose and natural as Mike’s. Not as strong as Jayden’s. And, they must’ve seen it too.
“Serena…” Emily’s eyes turned to sword in her hands, how unsteady they were. This wasn’t her place, this was Serena’s. Her sister was the one who trained so hard for this moment, not Emily. For the longest time, all she was worried about was seeing her sister have to fight the Nighloks.
And now, here she was in Serena’s place.
Flicking her eyes back up, Emily swung the sword again. And again. And again. She wasn’t good at school or anything else really. But there were a lot of people counting on her now. The team, Mentor Ji, all the innocent people getting hurt, and of course Serena. Emily reset her position again, adjusting her footing a little bit more. She had to do this right. She had to be strong.
She couldn’t be that little girl who went crying to her sister whenever things got bad. Not anymore.
She was a samurai now.

Character Info:
Character Name: Lee Chaolan
Canon: Tekken AU Power Rangers Crossover
Character Age: 49
History: Lee was born into a working class family in China in 1980. He learned English and Chinese while growing up. With the boom in trade and the change in economics, his family thought it best to move to the United States while the getting was good to claim their fortune. Lee was 5 years old by the time the move took place and going to school was a little difficult, but he learned quickly. Lee's father soon took a job as a robotics engineer in the booming computer industry while his mother worked in Angel Grove as a school teacher.
During school, life went on as normal. He developed a keen sense of awareness and learned a mixed martial arts style known as Sanshou while he was in middle school. He mastered this form in the 9th grade where he was considered one of the best in his art. There wasn't a lot of schools that taught it and most of what he knows is through instinct and flexibility. His parents were unaware that he was learning this dangerous form of martial arts, which traditionally was fought on a platform.
Lee was approached at the age of 16 by a mysterious young man and was told that he was destined for something greater. Lee didn't buy it at first. He stubbornly turned down speaking to the stranger the first time and said that the stranger had the wrong person when he was told that he was chosen as a guardian. About a week later, he was asked again by the same stranger after a tennis match with a couple of friends. Lee rolled his eyes and walked away from the stranger. The third time was the clincher that sealed his fate.
Engaged in a fight with some rather strange creatures, Lee had no choice but to take the offer from the stranger after the fight was won. The grey humanoid creatures would have beaten Lee if the stranger hadn't come along to lend a hand. Driven now by a debt of honor, Lee accepted the offer and learned about the Power Rangers.
He was no stranger to secrets. He often overheard conversations of his father's company building robots for military use and one such robot was requested to act as a body guard. The blueprints had come up missing and within a year the same robots that were meant to protect the client was now used to kidnap target individuals and terrorize the city. Lee had to act fast and discovered a weakness with the robots to deactivate them.
Unable to tell his father that he was the White Ranger that lead the teams to destroy his father's creations, Lee played oblivious to the goings on and pretended to be caught in study, which wasn't that far from the truth.
For three years, he fought beside the best and the chosen, until the day came that his Morpher no longer worked. It was then, at the age of 19 that Lee was given a suggestion by his mentor and Zordon that he should move on to lead a normal life. He was able to keep his Morpher, which acted as a reminder and should he be needed, they could contact him. It was like saying goodbye to an old friend while it was time for Lee to move on to college to lead a life dedicated to study. There were days that he longed to wear the White Ranger uniform and looked to those days with happiness that he grew so fondly of.
At the age of 29, Lee was at the time rising on the corporate ladder. His life was threatened and he had to go into hiding since he discovered that the company he was working for was selling weapons and parts to unrevealed clients. He removed himself off the grid completely, living off of his savings and buying things he needed in cash. The new Rangers were unaware of his existence. He spent 10 years watching and waiting. Lee had a connection within the company that he trusted that gave him information about the trade. While in hiding, he discovered a group of scientists working on a way to recreate the robotic incident that nearly destroyed the city of Angel Grove that had relocated to something called The Underground, a network of tunnels under the city that connected to the neighboring cities. They were plotting their next assault.
Lee managed to attack them through their network and managed to hack in to temporarily shut them down. He spent a great deal of his time and effort taking care with the threats armed only with his wits and determination along with his technical expertise and his income from his numerous inventions that he sold online. He became a shadow in society but he was known as the White Phantom among the Underground.
In 2020, Lee was 40 years old when the call to return to the Hexagon came. At the time, Lee was in Hong Kong tracking down a lead that the Underground was selling parts to an unknown buyer. Upon his return to Angel Grove a year later, the Purge had already taken place and Lee was left stunned at the news. He managed to track down the few Rangers that were left and watched them at a distance. To some, it seemed like a cowardly way of contact while leaving cryptic messages in places to meet with them, but it was his way of protecting his identity and the identity of the Rangers that may have remembered him. The White Phantom had made his return in a very subtle way.
A new generation of Rangers rose up to take up the challenge to save mankind from the looming threats. Lee waited for the day to come to step out of the shadows once again to aid the new Rangers in their cause even if it meant remaining out of the scope of the many new Rangers that heed the call.
Personality: Lee is a live and let live type of person that also has a strong sense of duty and honor when he feels the need to tap into it. He loves music and the color white seems to be his calling card. In his early years, he was the type that was often very involved in getting into the thick of the action. He currently has gotten into the frame of mind to allow the next generation to step forward and take charge.
He loves to invent new things. His love for robotics mirrors that of his father's. Intelligent, Lee also has a passion for learning. Sometimes this shows with gusto when he discovers something new. It is then that his childlike enthusiasm begins to show and he often embarrasses himself in the process. Socially, Lee is often quiet and nonchalant unless the conversation turns toward the sciences.
Among other Rangers, Lee is like a mentor and a listening ear. He has no trouble offering guidance to anyone that needs it. His calming influence can sometimes smooth over the roughest of edges but his finesse doesn't end there. He learned how to talk to businessmen and politicians, sometimes using the information he obtains to further aid the Rangers in their cause.

Your history section is inconsistent with the setting details. The war escalated in 2027, and the Purge of all remaining Power Rangers took place in 2029, just two months before the beginning of the game.
You have one week to submit the revisions---just the affected lines of the history section are fine. Thank you!

Trini Kwan | Mighty Morphin Power Rangers | Ranger
Username/Handle: Mippa

Character Info:
Character Name: Trini Kwan
Canon: Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers
Character Age: 16
History: Have a wiki!, want more? Have another wiki!
Personality:
Generally soft-spoken and shy, Trini chooses her words wisely, a stark contrast her her more talkative teammates. She is generous in spirit, always looking for ways to help friends and strangers alike. Although reserved and gentle, her passion is sparked by several environmental and humanitarian causes. She isn't afraid to speak up for what she believes in, having gone head-to-head with bullies like Bulk and Skull several times.
She does work better in the company of like-minded individuals, though. While she is responsible and able to handle the tasks given her, she approaches things more confidently when she has someone more confident and skilled to take the lead. As such, she often acts as a second-in-command or support role to others she knows, be it assisting Billy with his science projects, helping Kimberly with her gymnastics routines, or leading half the team when Jason splits off with the other half. She does favor being behind-the-scenes in projects though, preferring crew jobs in Angel Grove High School's theater department while Kimberly takes the stage. She also greatly enjoys organizing projects, heading park clean-up drives, recycling projects, animal adoption events, and many other social causes.
In addition to her strong bond with her teammates and friends, Trini is very much a family girl. She cherishes her parents and relatives, having included them in several aspects of the lives of her and her friends. So strong is her love for her family that she gave up her Power Coin, the core of her Ranger power, in order to keep Rita from harming her parents.
While not necessarily stubborn, Trini is very set in her ways, and has a hard time deviating from a path once she's set out on to it. This determination is so strong, she was able to temporarily overcome her great fear of heights in order to keep Billy from danger. During the Island of Illusion she was able to set aside her fears yet again to accomplish the mission she'd set out to do. Reversely, she has out-right spoken out against Zordon when he encouraged her, Jason, and Zack to attend the World Peace Summit in the middle of a mission, not wishing to abandon her duty prior to fulfillment.
In many ways, Trini approaches combat much like she approaches socialization. Rather than bombarding her adversaries with a barage of attacks, she focuses on weak points, reserving her energy and saving her moves for swift but potent strikes that often incapacitate enemies enough for her more powerful teammates to overpower them. This does put her at something of a disadvantage when caught alone, as stronger foes can quickly over-power her, but when in a team dynamic, it makes her a valuable asset.
Chosen Position: Ranger
Powers: Base Power Ranger abilities.
Abilities: Trini is the peace-keeper of the team. She's level-headed, supportive, and diplomatic. She's very caring and nurturing, and often serves as back-up in leadership responsibilities and is always a listening ear for her teammates' troubles. She is also proficient in the art of Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
Ranger Form (if applicable):
Power Morpher: Power Morpher (orignal season) with Saber Tooth Tiger Power Coin
Ranger Uniform: Yellow with white detail, white boots with yellow detail, saber-tooth tiger helmet. Seen here.
Ranger Personal Weapon: Power Daggers, two short daggers used to quickly wield and puncture vulnerable spots to incapacitate enemies. Can also be used as projectile weapons. Blade Blaster, small ray guns that can turn into small swords.
Ranger Zord: Sabertooth Tiger Griffin Thunderzord. A yellow, vehicle-type land zord with a raptor-esque head that projects fireballs whilst in transit.

The force of the explosion threw Trini back, but luckily - as she realized once she pushed herself up from the ground - she didn't take anyone down with her. She slowly stood, icy fruit slush slowly dripping down her arms and seeping into her clothes, looking around to see if anyone else was inflicted by the blast.
Once to her feet, she didn't hesitate to return to the scene of the accident. She knew she probably couldn't fix it - that's what Billy was for - but she could certainly make things easier for everyone if she started cleaning up. "Let's get some towels going, wipe up the floors so people don't slip-up..."
She took an armful of terry-cloth rags kept in a folded pile behind the smoothie bar counter, taking one to wipe down her arms and legs so she wouldn't track a mess around, and dropped it to the floor so she could start sweeping the sludge up with the towels attached to her feet.
She glanced over her shoulder, smiling to see that the other patrons seemed to be inspired to follow her lead. With this many helping hands, this place would be cleaned up in no time at all. But that still didn't address the broken machine.
Taking one final quick glance, she crouched behind the counter so she wouldn't be seen calling on Billy over her communicator. "Hey Billy, you got a free moment?"
